Make Natural Options A Right For Pediatric Cancer Parents
The "Gray’s Law" petition (launched in October of 2021) seeks federal legalization of medical cannabis oil for pediatric cancer patients. Kymee Scott’s daughter, Gray, was diagnosed with a brain tumor at age of two and faced a dire prognosis. Ultimately, she became cancer-free after using THC/CBD oil alongside a St. Jude trial drug.
Gray's scans showed tumor shrinkage and no inflammation with the oil, but growth when stopped. Gray, now 8, is the only one of 21 trial participants with clear scans, and three other children using the oil also became cancer-free. Three other families, inspired by Gray’s success, used the same oil for their children with different brain cancers, and all three are also cancer-free.

This petition seeks to provide pediatric patients with the "right to try" cannabis oil without parents facing legal battles or threats from Child Protective Services (CPS).​​​
