Dr. Uma’s mission is to change the stigma regarding Cannabis and for the world to know about the Endocannabinoid system through education. She is an educator, expert witness, advocate & activist who speaks locally, nationally & globally about cannabis as a plant medicine and global solution.
She created the model TotalHealthCareTHC™ where she “Educates, Embraces and Empowers” her patients, public, policymakers, etc. and promotes cannabis as a treatment option. Dr. Marion McNabb DrPH MPH
With a master’s and doctorate in public health, Dr. McNabb brings decades of experience in public health research, cannabis policy, and regulatory leadership. She has devoted unwavering effort to advancing evidence-based cannabis research, and is the President and Co-Founder of the Cannabis Center of Excellence
Dr. Marion McNabb is also the CEO of 510 Innovations, LLC, a company providing cannabis and entheogenic medicine research, data analytics, and education services. She is also the president and founder of the Cannabis Center of Excellence, a 510c3 non-profit based out of Massachusetts.
Dr. Marion McNabb's Story
Dr. Marion McNabb is President of the Cannabis Center of Excellence, Inc., a Massachusetts-based 501c3 nonprofit focused on citizen-science research, community engagement, medical and adult-use cannabis, and social justice in the cannabis industry. She is also CEO of 510 Innovations LLC, specializing in research, data science, and education in healthcare, cannabis, and entheogenic plant medicine.
Dr. McNabb served on the Massachusetts Cannabis Advisory Board until October 2023, appointed by the state Treasurer. She leads six cannabis research studies with UMass Dartmouth, exploring cannabis use among various groups and its impact during COVID.
She collaborates with academic partners like UMass Dartmouth, Rider University, and others on research and educational programs. Currently, she is Principal Investigator for a healthcare providers study with UMass Dartmouth and Medicinal Genomics.
With over 15 years of global public health experience in digital health, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, and family planning, primarily in Africa and Haiti, Dr. McNabb holds a DrPH from Boston University and an MPH from Johns Hopkins University.
